Complementary feed for horses, ponies and donkeys. When a horse sweats, it loses electrolytes, up to several grams in every litre of sweat. This product is formulated from natural electrolytes, with no industrial mineral salts added; this ensures optimal assimilation. Electrolyte + is perfectly formulated to meet the important needs of the sport horse, in terms of both electrolytes and of joint and muscle support, as well as in providing a good, quickly absorbed natural energy recharge. The product is suitable also for ponies and donkeys.
OPTIMAL MINERAL CONTENT
- The calcium, potassium, magnesium and sodium in the product are essential for the body’s vital functions, for muscle contraction (the heart is a muscle too), and for the passage of nerve impulses (cramps).
- These minerals play an important role in water metabolism and regulate numerous cell functions.
- These electrolytes are associated with blackcurrant and Canadian fleabane, both of which have an anti-inflammatory action and are effective against arthrosis. They soothe muscular and joint pain and also have a diuretic action, eliminating uric acid.
BAMBOO
- Bamboo contains significant proportions of silica, which helps remineralisation and are effective in the fight against joint pain and tendinitis.
- Silica is the main ingredient in collagen.
- Silica is present in bones, ligaments, cartilage, tendons, horn, collagen and hyaluronic acid.
- Hyaluronic acid is essential for the lubrication of joints. Collagen plays its part in the bone structure.
SACCHAROSE
- Saccharose, from the beehive, is a noble, rich, unrefined sugar which is perfectly natural, very easy to absorb and not harmful to the body.
RECOMMENDED USE
- Horses, large ponies: 15 to 30 ml (½ syringe before and ½ after effort).
- Ponies, foals and donkeys: 15 ml (½ syringe before or after effort).
- Administer during any activity causing significant sweating and requiring instant electrolyte recharge. Can be used during gestation, lactation and for very young animals. Can also be used immediately before, during and after a competition or transport. For animal use only!
